Each set is handmade with love! Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

Need it sooner? Select "Rush my Order" at checkout, and your order will be prioritised and shipped with Next Day Delivery.

Free shipping on all standard sizing kits and orders over £30

All UK orders are shipped via Evri 

Standard Delivery - £3.05

Rush My Order (Next Day) - £4.59

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail at £10.60 

 

Disclaimer: Nail Mail by Steph is not responsible for delays caused by Evri, but I'll always help if something goes wrong. Tracked upgrades are available upon request, if you'd prefer peace of mind! Please message me prior to check out.

 

Sizing & Custom Orders

Sizing:

Sizing kits are required before placing a custom or nail design order - and here's why:

 

Every set is handmade to fit your nails perfectly. As everyone's nail beds are different, getting the right size is essential for comfort, appearance and wear time. I can't offer refunds or replacements if a set doesn't fit due to incorrect sizing - so a quick sizing kit now saves us both hassle later! Once I have your sizes, you're good to go for future orders - no need to remeasure unless your nail shape changes! 

 

Custom Orders:

Custom sets are welcome, DM me over on instagram, or use the contact form to chat through your ideas!

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If your nails arrive damaged or there's an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos. I want you to love your set, so i'll always do my best to fix any issues!

 

Cancellation & Changes

Once your order has been placed, it goes straight into the queue - so please double-check everything before checking out.

Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placing your order - after that, your set is already in motion and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Design Policy

Every Nail Mail by Steph set is handmade and hand-painted - meaning each one is unique.

Colours may vary slightly depending on lighting/screens. If you're ever unsure about a shade, feel free to ask for a real-life photo before ordering.

 

Nail Care & Application

Nail Mail by Steph sets come with a prep kit and instructions for application. Following the correct prep steps will help you get the longest wear time. 

Sets can last up to 2-3 weeks when applied properly! Reuse your sets by gently removing and cleaning them. 

 

Nail Glue Disclaimer:

All Nail Mail by Steph prep kits include professional nail glue for long-lasting wear! Please use with care.

Nail glue contains cyanoacrylate - avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing.

Always apply in a well-ventilated area.

Keep out of reach of children.

NMBS is not responsible for any misuse or reactions caused by the nail glue provided. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Adhesive tabs can also be found in the prep kit as an alternative.
